Villa Sol y Mar (House of the Sun and Sea) welcomes you to paradise! Enjoy a swim in the private infinity pool, view the beautiful sunset from your own veranda and listen to the surf as it lulls you to sleep. This beautiful home offers you privacy and a peaceful ambiance – perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Conveniently located in a quiet residencial neighborhood (Residencial Conejos) you are only 20 minutes from the airport and whithin 5-10 minutes of restaurantes, shopping, the golf course and the marina.

There are three beaches within walking distance of the villa. Tejoncito beach access has a sleep, rough path some of our more adventurous guests prefer (perfect for swimming and snorkeling). Punta and Playa Arena beaches are a Little further away and great for your morning walk (suitable for swimming and snorkeling on a calm day).

This unique vacation rental is operated as a crossover between a Bed & Breakfast and a private residence. You have all the advantages of a small hotel with a free continental breakfast (but in an adult only, private environment – and no fighting for space at the pool). Plus you have the shared use of the kitchen to make a sandwich or grill that freshly caught tuna.

November through April
The owners, Wayne and Marcy (along with their dog) are in residence during this time. They have been enjoying winters in Huatulco since 1997, and are more than happy to share their vast experience to make your stay more enjoyable.
Suites 1, 2, 3 & 4 are available for adults only at this time.

May through October
Our administrators will be there to greet you and are available for questions or to assist you in any way.
Suites 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5 are available as individual rental. Rental of the entire villa is available. With rental of entire villa we welcome all ages.
